Task Coachバージョンアップ

0.59になってパフォーマンスが改善されて嬉しかったわけですが。
0.60になったようです。日本語モードでうまく起動しないバグも修正されています。

Bugs fixed:

* Closing a task file did not reset the 'lastfile' setting.
* Selecting Japanese translation would cause error upon next restart.
* Task Coach wouldn't quit when the setting 'Minimize window when closing' was set.
* Deleting an effort record would throw an exception.

Website change:

* Added MD5 digests to download page.

日本語を選んで再起動しようとしたらエラーがでて動かなかった、と言うのは次のように表現されるらしい。

Selecting Japanese translation would cause error upon next restart.
